It's time to kick off the annual Australian Community Managers Career Survey for a new year! Make your voice heard and help shape the future of community management.
Take the survey
What is the survey?
It's a series of questions asked to community professionals about themselves and their work. It is organised by ACM and supported by several generous partners.
Why do the survey?
The ACM Career Survey is the only research that reports on the state of the community management industry in Australia and New Zealand.
It helps build awareness and understanding of community management as a profession, and helps businesses and suppliers serve community managers with better tools and resources. It is an invaluable tool for community professionals to understand what their peers are doing, and business cases for all aspects of their work.
What happens to the results?
All results are anonymous and stay that way.
Each year the results are gathered and a full, detailed industry report is produced and distributed free to anyone who would like a copy. It's used by employers, recruiters, researchers, educators, media, government, and most importantly, community pros who leverage its insights to negotiate salaries, working conditions and more.
The survey should take 10 mins of your time at most and you'll be directly helping create better futures for all community professionals in the region - which leads to more thriving communities.
Our gratitude to principal industry partner Higher Logic, supporting partners Discourse and Quiip, and our education partner the University of Sydney. Their support makes this research possible and makes the community management industry better for everyone.
